The Data Defined Talk Show is a series of monthly webcasts sponsored by SAP that brings together a panel of domain experts who share their insights on upcoming data and analytics trends.
To create content that raises awareness of the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) solutions and products.
Deliver an online talk show series featuring a panel of domain experts (SAP leaders, client executives, and data-focused social media influencers) discussing upcoming data and analytics trends.
Performed competitive audits on SAP's direct and indirect competitors. I looked into the Tech Talk Shows, podcasts and more. I documented my findings and also created a mood-board that would fit our goal and messaging the most. That gave us a good market understanding and also the quality standard we need to provide to succeed in this project
Through collaboration with the cross-functional teams defined an end-to-end strategy and marketing campaign around the show.
The main objectives of this talk show are to showcase the power of SAP HANA, and all the possibilities that it can bring to the market. It was crucial to have SAP HANA in the logo to ensure delivering that message. Power, energy, and excitement were part of the look and feel that I aimed to touch on. Based on those objectives, and the research we did I proposed this design for the Data Defined Talk Show logo.
Designed and built a landing page, which contains information such as: What the Data Defined Talk Show is, how the audience can register for the latest episode, what the latest episode will be about and how to access the old episodes.
This video was the opening video of all episodes. The strategy behind this video was to give a bit of a back story of where the data industry has been, where it is now, and where it could be in the future. In this video I collaborated with copywriters to develop the script, I created the storyboard, and edited the video.
This video is the signature of the show. Indicating that the show is about to start. Also, it showcases the three main components of the Talk Show, which are: Leadership Insights, Business Perspective, and Technology Innovations. In this video I collaborated with copywriters to develop the script and created the storyboard.
The Talk Show episode was the main gut of the show. The format was that the host (Ramon Ray) welcomes the panelists for that episode. He would position the questions around the topic of that episode and spark the conversation among the panelists. I was involved with directing the session, leading the team to record the footages and editing and putting together the entire episode.
Built several marketing assets to promote the show, including, social assets, email banners, Social gifs, and more.
The data-defined talk show was delivered through two seasons, with 8 episodes per season. The talk show exceeded expectations and managed to overcome all the targeted obstacles and more.
